I would like to say that Dennis showed us around the first day & it was a comfortable experience. Dennis did NOT try to throw a sales pitch at us every 5-10 mins., he just showed us exactly what I asked him to & was honest about all the inventory even if it meant saying things that were not positive about the RV. My wife & I really appreciated that. Dennis was also fun & easy to talk to.

I really appreciated Jim, the mechanic, saw that the new camper was much heavier than the last which was very dangerous. With 5 mins. to closing, Jim pulled out the air hose & tools to fix the problem & get me safely on my way. Thanks,

I meet Dennis at Dennis Dillon internet sales department while looking for a 1999 American Eagle Coach. Dennis is more interested in making sure that the RV fits your needs rather than applying high pressure just to make the sale. The internet sales group went the extra mile in trying to make sure that we could schedule a time to inspect the coach while it was raised on the lift in the service bay. In November 2009, my wife and I purchased a new 2008 National Sea Breeze motorhome from Dennis Dillon RV. We live in Huntington Beach, CA and nearly bought a used motorhome, when we ran across an internet-sale at Dennis Dillon RV. The price was nearly what we were going to pay for a used coach. I negotiated over the phone with Brad and Dennis in the internet sales department. The guys answered all of our questions and took their time to take nearly 30 digital photos to show us more details via e-mail. I gave a small credit card deposit to hold the unit and flew to Boise. Brad picked me up at the airport and within thirty-minutes I was test-driving the Sea Breeze. There were minor items that needed fixing and everything was corrected to my liking. My wife flew out to Boise, we made the purchase, and we had a great 900-mile drive home.

We really appreciate the attention we received from the internet sales team and the work completed by the service department. John spent several hours with us explaining every mechanical function, bumper to bumper, before we left.

I recently purchased a new fifth wheel from Dennis Dillon RV in Boise ID. The purchase was unique in that I made the whole arrangement from the internet and made the purchase sight unseen. Throughout the whole process, from the first Email I sent inquiring about the unit and the many, many additional Emails and phone calls I made and that were patiently answered by Brad, the purchase was easy and comfortable. When I arrived to pick-up the unit, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me all the way through the pre-delivery inspection and the walk through and training on how to use all the systems and the great service department even fixed a problem in my vehicle wiring without charge.

I would highly recommend Dennis Dillon RV for anyone wanting to purchase an RV whether close by or far away.

I would like to personally thank everyone for their help in
making for a smooth transaction. My wife and I saw the 2004 Komfort on the
Internet in mid April and thought that we would inquire about it. Being
that we lived 650 miles away we had to rely on the photos on the
website, e-mails and phone conversations. I told Brad that he was going
to be my eyes and that we would trust his judgment. I know in the past
sales personnel will tell you what you want to hear. That was not the
case with Brad, I would ask a question and there were many and he either
had the answer or would find out. By the time we had decided that we
would make the trip, we felt we knew everything about the rig before
laying eyes on it.

My wife and I had many discussions that if the 5th wheel was not
what we were being told that we would just turn our truck and 5th wheel
around and head back home. Well on May 4th we saw the rig for the first
time and everything was just as described, there were no surprises and we
could have not been more happy. The paperwork was pretty much all ready
and in about 2 hours we were heading back to Ferndale with our new 5th
wheel in tow.

It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend that if
you were looking for a new or used RV put your mind at ease at Dennis
Dillon RV, when it's time to upgrade, we will look there first.

My family had a good experience with the Dennis Dillon RV dealership in February 2009. We were successful in buying a 2008 Itasca Navion after initiating internet contact with Brad Bodily in Sales and negotiating a deal all the way from Colorado. Their price was reasonable and no haggling was needed to make the deal. My son and I flew to Boise and met the Dennis Dillon team. Shain Gordon ( General Sales Manager ) , Brad Bodily and the rest were professional and had worked hard to get the vehicle prepped and ready for our arrival. We received a very thorough introduction to the vehicle, helping us to feel comfortable about leaving the dealership for the long ride home. The staff was courteous and friendly, taking the time to make my son feel at home. He still talks about the "nice men at the RV place" that offered him a big piece of chocolate cake to make him feel welcome. Although we live in Colorado, they still have helped me troubleshoot superficial warranty items from afar. They contacted my local RV dealership to help accommodate a part that needed to be replaced. I feel confident that I will be able to message them in the future for advice on the RV. We are thrilled with the RV and plan on many trips this summer to break it in. If you are in the market for an RV, I would recommend buying your RV from this team...professional, reliable, trustworthy, family-oriented and reasonably priced. Thanks for a memorable experience that my son and I will remember for quite some time.
